Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Marketing Operations Sr Analyst in Madrid or remote from Spain to deploy and optimize Martech platforms, manage data hygiene and enable marketing enablement. You will collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Web & Digital, RevOps and Sales to drive ABM initiatives and data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5-10 years in Marketing Operations, deep Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience, and a passion for AI-enabled marketing. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in an ABM environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to gain support and deliver complex analysis in simple language.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, product and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and optimize designated Martech platforms, integrations and automations to support go-to-market motions.
• Continually review, clean and enrich marketing prospect data.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand platform roadmaps and improvements.
• Work with Marketing, RevOps, Sales to identify and deliver process and platform enhancements.
• Provide technical support to Marketing team in use of platforms.
• Create and maintain platform and process documentation for Martech integrations and workflows.
• Develop and deliver platform enablement training across the Marketing team.
