ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a vital member of the RevOps team, supporting the full Go-To-Market organization at WebPros with a focus on Marketing. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, managing marketing technologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance. Success in this role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, proven experience with GDPR compliance, and strong skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, and technical execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead marketing operations initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support Go-To-Market strategies across the organization.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated HubSpot workflows, email marketing strategies, and lead scoring/nurturing models to optimize lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing processes with customer journeys and business objectives.
  • Establish and document scalable best practices for marketing execution, ensuring consistency and adaptability for future growth.
  • Optimize and own the marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot for automation, analytics, and integration with other systems. Act as the technical owner of these platforms, ensuring system integrity, alignment, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement robust strategies to ensure data accuracy, maintain GDPR compliance, and support analytics for informed decision-making. Uphold high standards of data quality and governance across all marketing operations.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA to promote transparency, alignment, and efficient task execution within the marketing operations team.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and manage the marketing technology budget to maximize value and cost efficiency, ensuring tools deliver optimal ROI.
  • Regularly review the tech stack to identify and implement enhancements or new tools that meet evolving business needs and drive operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or RevOps, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing processes and technologies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including configuration, optimization, and management of workflows, campaign reporting, lead scoring, segmentation, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices in data privacy, with experience in consent management platforms as a plus.
  • Mastery of marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and attribution tools. Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong.io, and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
  • Experience in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, using tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience in collecting, manipulating, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to evaluate and optimize marketing technology stacks, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like JIRA to drive alignment, transparency, and efficient task execution.
  • A collaborative mindset, with proven success in working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing operations with broader business objectives.
  • Proven ability to strategically plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and the marketing funnel.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven environments, showcasing adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic industries.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering alignment and clarity among stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, combined with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.
