Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Business EU SSR

Amazon Business is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our expanding EU marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and measure the performance of deals, events, and value marketing campaigns targeting Amazon Business in the EU. Your responsibilities include developing marketing content for diverse audiences and driving product demand through channels such as web, email, social media, and onsite platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Marketers, Customer Experience Designers, and Senior EU Business Leaders, to craft audience-specific messaging for the Amazon Business portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine various technologies and capabilities to produce high-quality content tailored for Amazon Business customers and procurement professionals.

This role requires excellent communication skills, data-driven analysis, strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a passion for creating compelling value propositions and communication strategies. Building trust through performance and relationships, and delivering timely, effective results are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain impactful, multi-touch campaigns that inspire consumers and increase engagement.
  • Leverage marketing automation to enhance processes and productivity.
  • Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze data through reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A / B testing to continually improve marketing performance.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to align on deals, events, strategy, tactics, and goals.
  • Provide regular updates through business reviews highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
