Position: User Acquisition Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote, open to GMT to GMT+6 time zones

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels including networks, DSPs, affiliates, and influencers.
  2. Manage end-to-end campaign activities: budgeting, bid optimization, account structuring, ad copy creation, landing page, and conversion optimization.
  3. Perform ongoing A/B testing to enhance KPIs.
  4. Analyze campaign data and provide insights to the team.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ads.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of user acquisition experience in mobile gaming.
  2. Hands-on approach with active campaign management.
  3. Experience with self-served platforms and significant budgets, including channels like Facebook, Applovin, Unity.
  4. Strong data analysis skills, understanding attribution and performance metrics.
  5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  6. Positive attitude, receptive to feedback.
