A market research technology company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive direct advertiser acquisition and growth. This fully remote role requires expertise in affiliate marketing and proven success in managing direct deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of CPA/CPL/CPI models. Additionally, fluency in English is required, with bonuses for knowledge of French, German, or Spanish.

About the Role – Senior Marketing Manager

You’ll be joining our Digital Partnerships Department, which is responsible for monetizing our apps via direct advertiser campaigns, complementing revenue streams from surveys and traditional offerwalls. This role is mission-critical as we transition from third-party offerwalls to fully direct, high-margin partnerships.

As Senior Marketing Manager, your job is to own the acquisition and growth of direct advertisers across verticals such as banking, fintech, crypto, subscriptions, and more. You'll be the driving force behind deal-making, relationship-building, and strategic scaling.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pitch, and secure direct advertiser campaigns that fit our user base and revenue goals
  • Build long-term partnerships with top brands and agencies in Tier 1 markets (US, UK, CA, DE, FR)
  • Negotiate high-performance deals (CPA / CPL / CPI) with clear margin and ROI targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch, test, and optimize campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns scale efficiently and profitably
  • Represent Prime Insights in relevant industry conversations, events, and networks
  • Help reduce dependency on third-party offerwalls and contribute to our monetization strategy

Ideal Profile

  • 5-7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing direct advertiser deals
  • Strong connections with affiliate networks and advertisers, especially in :
  • Finance (credit cards, personal loans, banking apps)
  • Fintech (investment apps, savings platforms, mobile banking)
  • Crypto (wallets, exchanges, apps)
  • Subscription / lifestyle products
  • Gambling / sweepstakes (selectively and responsibly)
  • Deep understanding of CPA / CPL / CPI models, tracking, and attribution
  • Experience working with platforms like Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, FlexOffers, etc.
  • Fluent in English (bonus :
  • French, German, or Spanish)

  • Highly autonomous, remote-savvy, and comfortable with fast-moving international teams
  • Strong familiarity with the US / UK / CA markets
