Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers, and more.
- Manage end-to-end campaign activities, including budgeting, bid optimization, account structuring, ad copy, landing page, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to the team.
- Collaborate with creative teams, both internal and external, to create top-performing ads.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in user acquisition within the mobile games industry.
- Hands-on approach; this is an active role.
- Experience managing campaigns on self-serve platforms.
- Experience managing significant budgets on top channels like Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis, understanding attribution and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback.
