Your mission

We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You will be responsible for designing a variety of visual assets across multiple channels, including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, and landing pages.

You will work closely with the Brand and Product Marketing Teams to bring brand visions to life, ensuring all materials align with the company's goals and values. If you are a skilled designer with a keen eye for detail, an understanding of design principles, and a passion for producing high-quality digital assets, we’d love to meet you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, video content, and landing page visuals;
• Collaborating with the Marketing Team to create compelling visual assets that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences;
• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and design across all marketing materials;
• Editing and producing video content for social media, email campaigns, and website use;
• Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to marketing campaigns;
• Working with copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand, and engaging assets;
• Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and marketing design (including social media and ads);
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva;
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics creation;
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling;
• Knowledge of web design principles;
• A creative mindset with a blend of design expertise and marketing know-how;
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times;
• Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills;
• Experience with HTML / CSS and UI / UX principles, particularly in customizing landing pages;
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Added values

• Knowledge of A / B testing principles and design optimization for conversion rates;
• Interest and/or experience in the tech and software industry.

Location

At iubenda, we believe in full remote work. You will be free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Italy (Milan and Bologna) or Germany (Berlin and Hamburg), adopting a hybrid work model.
