Your Mission

We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team. You will design a variety of visual assets across channels, including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, and landing pages. You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Product Marketing teams to bring brand visions to life, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, video content, and landing page visuals;
2. Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling visual assets;
3. Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all materials;
4. Editing and producing video content for social media, email campaigns, and websites;
5. Participating in creative brainstorming and contributing innovative ideas;
6. Working with copywriters, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets;
7. Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio in digital and marketing design;
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva;
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics;
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling;
• Knowledge of web design principles;
• A creative mindset combining design and marketing skills;
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality work;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Proactive attitude and good time management;
• Experience with HTML/CSS and UI/UX principles, especially in customizing landing pages;

Location

We believe in full remote work. You can work from anywhere or choose to work from our offices in Milan, Bologna, Berlin, or Hamburg for a hybrid setup.
