Senior Marketing Designer – Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, video content, and landing page visuals;
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling visual assets that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences;
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and design across all marketing materials;
• Edit and produce video content for social media, email campaigns, and website use;
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns;
• Work with copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand, engaging assets;
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the creative output.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and marketing design (including social media and ads);
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva;
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics creation;
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling;
• Knowledge of web design principles;
• A creative mindset with a blend of design expertise and marketing know-how;
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times;
• Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills;
• Experience with HTML/CSS and UI/UX principles, particularly in customizing landing pages;
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. You will be completely free to work from wherever you prefer in the world. If you prefer to work from an office, we have Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices to support a hybrid work model.
