Be the strategic partner for local Government, Healthcare Institutes, Hospitals, Patients, and Business Units to enable and improve market access of innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies, simplifying decision-making in the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively lead and collaborate with Business Units on Market Access Projects, including creating new therapeutic/device charge codes, obtaining pricing approval, and reimbursement approval to facilitate access to innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies, thereby simplifying hospital decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance to external project teams to execute market access projects and initiatives. Participate in internal product launch teams.
- Develop and plan market access projects and activities, ensuring successful completion of all deliverables.
- Engage with industry groups to maintain dialogue with provincial governments and influence policy formulation and implementation as appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare authorities.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market access process improvements and course corrections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess local market opportunities.
- Perform other incidental duties as required.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4-10 years of relevant experience, or
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in government relations, sales, tendering, pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory functions within multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies is required. Pricing & reimbursement experience is highly preferred. Medical education and health economic training are also advantageous.

- Leadership in project settings within Market Access, including consulting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adherence to company rules, pandemic protocols, and environmental health & safety standards to prevent injuries and protect the environment.
