Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Co.) is seeking a Process Engineer to lead development of projects for the improvement and optimization of production processes at our ESP Almaraz site, ensuring efficiency and quality.

You will analyze existing processes, identify new technologies, implement and manage improvement projects, supervise product quality, and collaborate with other departments to keep processes aligned. English and Spanish proficiency required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as a Process Engineer in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of process management principles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
