Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to lead design, governance and security of AI solutions across their lifecycle. You will work with AI engineers, security architects and legal teams to ensure secure adoption of Generative AI and ML across projects.

The role spans risk assessment, security reviews, and governance program development, with a focus on compliance and client value creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity including security architecture, cloud security and risk management.
• Minimum 3 years leading security initiatives involving AI, ML, Generative AI, or AI governance.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical teams and enterprise security transformation programs.
• Experience designing security architectures in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority for Security for AI initiatives across design, development, validation and deployment.
• Define AI security strategies addressing prompt injection, data leakage, model manipulation and agentic risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, MLOps and data science.
• Advise executives on AI risk, governance, compliant adoption of Generative AI, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive AI security controls within MLSecOps environments and lifecycle management.
• Define and oversee AI risk management processes, model inventories, and audit evidence.
• Support client engagements, proposals and C-level discussions around AI Security transformation.

We are seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and security of Artificial Intelligence solutions across their full lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Risk Management, and Regulation, helping global organizations build secure, trustworthy, and compliant AI systems.

As part of Accenture’s global Cybersecurity practice, you will work with multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, security architects, cloud specialists, legal experts, and business stakeholders to define how organizations securely adopt Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and emerging AI technologies.

Functions

• Lead the design and implementation of secure AI architectures covering LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG platforms, Machine Learning pipelines, AI APIs, model security, and AI governance controls.
• Establish and operationalize AI Security and Governance frameworks aligned with business, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive AI Security assessments, threat modeling, validation exercises, AI red teaming initiatives, and security reviews for AI-enabled platforms.
• Support strategic client engagements, executive workshops, proposal development, and AI Security transformation programs.

• Advise executive stakeholders on AI risk, AI governance, secure adoption of Generative AI, and compliance with emerging regulations.
• Drive the implementation of AI security controls within MLOps and MLSecOps environments.
• Define and oversee AI risk management processes, impact assessments, model inventories, lifecycle controls, and audit evidence.
• Support business development activities, client presentations, and C-level discussions around AI Security transformation.
• Contribute to Accenture’s AI Security offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, including Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Application Security, Security Engineering, Security Consulting, or Cyber Risk Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading security initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science platforms, or AI Governance programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams, cybersecurity transformation programs, or complex enterprise security initiatives.
• Experience designing security architectures in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments.
• Experience performing cyber risk assessments, threat modeling, security reviews, or security governance activities.
• Experience translating security and regulatory requirements into operational controls and technology implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Spanish professional proficiency.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with LLM Security, Agentic AI Security, AI Red Teaming, AI Risk Management, or Responsible AI programs.
• Experience working with frameworks such as OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF.
• Experience with MLOps, MLSecOps, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or related certifications.
• Previous consulting experience in large-scale digital transformation or cybersecurity programs.
• Public speaking, thought leadership, or participation in AI Security communities.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools are required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption.
