Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Analyst to join the Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team in Barcelona. You will define enterprise AI strategy, shape roadmaps, and embed Responsible AI while leading large-scale delivery and tying AI initiatives to measurable outcomes.

You will engage senior stakeholders, shape go-to-market activities, and influence AI-enabled transformations across Supply Chain & Engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI & data strategy.
• Engineering problem-solver mindset with ability to apply technology to business problems.
• Strong program management and communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate deals and go-to-market activities.
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of modern AI capabilities: ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Business, or related field.

YOU ARE

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Analyst , you will to join our Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E).You help define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build andoptimizedata assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, datastrategyand future-ready operating model.

• Create the business case, investmentprofileand roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan forleveragingecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

• Identifypeople,processesand technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.

• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with AI & data strategy

• Engineering problem-solver mindset – ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems

• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills

• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to help originate and shape new deals and go-to-market activities

• Excellent leadership and people and relationship building skills

• Modern AI capabilities :

  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, RAG or AI assistants through academic, personal or project experience.
  • Interest in enterprise AI adoption and business applications.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.

• Technical skills: Python, SQL, SAP, Spark, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure (AI), Neo4j, MLflow, Airflow, LangChain/Semantic Kernel

• Applicants must be fluent in Spanish & English, both written and spoken

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
