Job summary

Accenture is seeking cybersecurity professionals in Spain to join a team focused on Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing and Offensive Security with knowledge of AI, Generative AI and LLMs. The role involves securing AI-powered solutions and collaborating with technical teams to strengthen security postures.

Ideal candidates have experience in offensive security and a strong understanding of AI security frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and offensive security testing across applications, infrastructures and AI-powered environments.
• Conduct security assessments of Generative AI applications, LLMs and AI agents, identifying vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Assess the security of APIs, web apps, cloud environments and components integrated with AI solutions.
• Analyze security findings and propose remediation measures with technical teams.

At Accenture, we are looking for professionals passionate about Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing and Offensive Security who also have knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs). As Artificial Intelligence transforms the technological landscape, new security challenges and attack vectors are emerging. We are looking for professionals who can combine offensive cybersecurity expertise with AI knowledge to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks and strengthen the security of AI-powered solutions. It is essential to reside in Spain and have legal work authorization.

Functions

• Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and offensive security testing across applications, infrastructures and AI-powered environments.
• Conduct security assessments of Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, identifying potential vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Assess the security of APIs, web applications, cloud environments and other components integrated with AI solutions.
• Analyze security findings, propose remediation measures and collaborate with technical teams to improve the security posture of AI-based systems.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming or Offensive Security.
• Knowledge or professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning or AI agents.
• Understanding of common cybersecurity vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques and offensive security methodologies.
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools and methodologies, such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of application security, APIs, web security or cloud security.
• Nice to Have Previous experience in AI Red Teaming or penetration testing of AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of AI-specific security frameworks and methodologies, such as OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications or MITRE ATLAS.
• Understanding of Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, model manipulation and adversarial machine learning techniques.
• Experience with Python, automation or scripting for security testing.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, eJPT, CEH or equivalent.
