Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Preconstruction Scheduling to lead project schedule development for new builds across the company portfolio. You will develop integrated delivery schedules, incorporate inputs from multiple workstreams, and translate constraints into clear schedule frameworks.

You will manage risk analysis, drive schedule optimization, and support leasing and major capital decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and Primavera P6 expertise.
• ProCore and PowerBI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Preconstruction Schedules, publishing project-specific integrated delivery schedules.
• Create conceptual and detailed schedules for multiple groups (New Site Development, Construction, Energy, AI Infrastructure, Design, Procurement).
• Review external schedules during planning and integrate into a single schedule.
• Define activities, scope, duration, logic, interfaces and resource loading.
• Incorporate site, market, and regulatory constraints into planning.
