We are seeking a Senior Tender Manager for complex Cat A projects in RAC Europe. This role involves :

  • Engaging early with customers to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Preparing tailored value propositions for customers.
  • Promoting Schneider Electric's technology and value propositions to maximize success chances.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the pursuit team and customer during offer preparation.
  • Defining and executing tender strategies, including team and budget planning.
  • Ensuring the technical and commercial solutions meet customer success criteria while considering local specifics.
  • Overseeing risk assessment, lessons learned, and contractual aspects.
  • Leading internal review and approval processes before submission.
  • Post-submission :
  • Supporting negotiations and striving for mutual agreement within approved mandates.
  • Overseeing the transfer to project execution.

Qualifications for success include at least 5 years in solution tendering or customer project environments, with experience managing complex projects and remote teams.
