A leading entertainment company is seeking a Senior Manager to develop its marketing strategy for Spain. This role involves overseeing brand strategy, creative operations, and social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness of the streaming platform. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of managerial experience in marketing, strong execution skills, and insight into consumer behavior.
We are looking for a highly strategic and creatively-driven Senior Manager responsible for developing the Spain marketing strategy for Disney+. This role is essential in shaping the long-term positioning of our streaming platform, defining the brand’s editorial voice, and driving world-class execution through operational excellence and cultural relevance. The Senior Manager will lead Creative Operations, Brand Campaigns, and Social Strategy for our streaming platform.
You’ll be responsible for building a cohesive and resonant brand strategy, overseeing flawless creative processes, and leading a high-performing social media approach that keeps us relevant, consistent, and emotionally connected to our audience. The focus, and measurement of success, is to build brand awareness, understanding, and consideration of Disney+, as well as excitement around high-priority content drops, to help drive sign-ups, subscriptions, and loyalty in partnership with the performance & retention teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Experience required: 4+ years in marketing strategy at a managerial level or equivalent within FMCG, entertainment, or subscription streaming sectors. Proven success in complex matrix organizations. Strong brand strategy and execution skills. Deep understanding of digital content merchandising, platform curation, and UI. Knowledge of consumer behavior, competition, and category dynamics to craft effective campaigns across channels.
Skills required: Advanced data interpretation skills, experience collaborating across teams, excellent stakeholder communication, understanding of competitive environments, strategic thinking, team motivation, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts, foster creativity, adapt to agile environments, and demonstrate an inquisitive, consumer-centric mindset.
