Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager, Leisure Sales to handle a portfolio of Leisure accounts (FIT and Groups) reporting to the Assistant Managing Director of Sales for CALA Leisure Sales. Hilton is continuing to grow its engagement in Latin America and the Caribbean leisure market, and we need outstanding sales professionals with the experience, and the desire to lead in further building this market for Hilton. How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

  • Develop leisure wholesale segment sales (FIT), working with a roster of HWS owned and managed accounts in Mexico.
  • Cultivate and source new Tour Operator / Wholesale Accounts sales.
  • Review customer base to determine new opportunities for direct connectivity in the Mexico region.
  • Manage and develop leisure group customer accounts including Quinceaneras, weddings and tour groups.
  • Support Customer Engagement Plan by representing Hilton at industry trade shows, special industry events, road shows, and other activities to elevate customer awareness of Hilton to achieve segment growth.
  • Use available reporting to analyze and elevate performance against budgets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in All Hilton brands including the All Inclusive segment to understand buyer behaviors and improve Hilton shelf space.
  • Ensure revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.
  • Mentor Resort and Hilton Sales team members in their educational and annual programs through your solid understanding of the leisure segment.
  • Maintain account qualification in compliance with account governance protocol.
  • Support Hilton leadership in providing account-specific mentoring to increase All brand sales and effectively use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Work with the Distribution team to contract and connect Mexican partners to Hilton

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of hotel travel industry leisure sales experience at multi-property or corporate level
  • Experience maintaining national/global accounts
  • Have established strong relationships with key leisure and/or group customers in the Mexican market
  • Travel up to 50% (and working outside of standard working hours)
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and diverse company culture
  • Speak fluent Spanish and English

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • Ten (10) years of leisure Travel Industry sales experience
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Hilton experience
