Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease Unit is seeking a qualified individual passionate about utilizing healthcare data and platforms to drive business innovation. This role focuses on building and maintaining data management solutions, emphasizing business process analysis and functional data management. Reporting to the Head of Data Management in IT, the role involves collaboration with Data Governance Offices, IT Business Partners, Data Capability leads, and Platform Owners.

Accountabilities

1. Manage end-to-end delivery and maintenance of data products for RDU Operations and Finance, translating business needs into data solutions following RDU standards.
2. Develop and oversee the roadmap of core and analytical data products aligned with business processes.
3. Ensure adoption of FAIR data standards across MDM, RDM, and Data Catalogue systems in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Work with Data Owners, Stewards, and Quality Managers to promote data standardization.
5. Support development of conceptual models, business glossaries, and ontologies with SMEs and Information Architects.
6. Possess working knowledge of R/Python, SQL, and experience with Pharma Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance data assets.
7. Exposure to systems like SAP, Anaplan, TrackWise, and LIMS.
