A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector invites applications for a Senior Manager in its Immunology division based in Madrid. This role focuses on developing and implementing local commercialization strategies for innovative therapies, fostering alliances, and ensuring alignment with global initiatives. A typical day might include:
Collaboration with alliance partners to implement local strategies across therapeutic areas while encouraging positive relationships with cross-functional colleagues and co-commercialization partners.
Partnering with sales leadership to guide strategic imperatives and tactical execution.
Provide high-quality input for market development and commercial activities.
Support the creation and tracking of tactical plans, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
Represent Regeneron’s perspective in alliance partnerships and contribute to global brand planning processes.
Drive field force development through training initiatives and collaboration with partners.
This Role May Be For You if:
You have a proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, sales support and management, particularly in specialty care commercialization.
Your background is in immunology, biologics or specialty care.
You thrive in high-paced environments and possess outstanding planning and organizational abilities.
You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys operationally oriented tasks, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective leadership engagements .
You are comfortable influencing decisions in matrix organizations and alliance partnerships.
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences (or equivalent experience) and 5-10 years of dynamic industry experience, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or related roles. Immunology/biologics/specialty care experience, co-promote/alliance work, and launch experience are strongly preferred. Full proficiency in English is highly desirable.
