Ce rôle stratégique demande une expérience solide en gestion d'essais globaux. Formación

• 7–10+ ans d'expérience en opérations cliniques (biotech / pharma).
• Expérience avérée dans la direction mondiale d'essais, en particulier pour des maladies rares.
• Anglais courant requis.

Responsabilidades

• Diriger l'exécution des essais cliniques mondiaux (Phases I–III).
• Gérer les CRO, les fournisseurs et les équipes interfonctionnelles.
• Assurer la conformité GCP à chaque étape.

to lead global trials with precision, passion, and purpose.

What You’ll Do As a senior leader in Clinical Operations, you'll be at the heart of our mission — driving global studies that bring transformative therapies to life. Your responsibilities will include : Leading end-to-end execution of global clinical trials (Phases I–III) Managing CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Contributing to protocol design, feasibility, and operational strategy Ensuring GCP compliance and audit readiness at every stage Championing process improvements and operational excellence

Who You Are You’re detail-driven, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, science-led environments. You bring :

• 7–10+ years of experience in clinical operations (biotech / pharma)
• Strong global trial leadership experience (especially rare diseases or complex indications)
• Expertise in vendor oversight, risk-based monitoring, and regulatory frameworks
• A collaborative mindset and proven ability to lead without micromanaging
• Life sciences degree (advanced preferred), fluent in English
