Motus People is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for on-site work at our Netherlands-based client sites. You will diagnose, repair and maintain advanced automation equipment, ensuring high uptime and reliability.

This role includes relocation support and English communication with international teams. The position requires 5+ years hands-on experience with machinery or automation systems and a technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience servicing machinery, automation systems or industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• English language skills required for communication with clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair of complex machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
• Contribute to maintaining production uptime through preventive maintenance and improvements.
