Motus People is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to service and troubleshoot advanced automation equipment on customer sites in the Netherlands. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and advise on performance improvements to ensure high uptime.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial machinery, a technical education in Mechatronics or related fields, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical-related breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
• Contribute to product uptime through preventive maintenance and performance improvements.
