Motus People is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to service and optimize high-tech automation equipment on customer sites in the Netherlands. You will diagnose and repair complex machinery, ensuring peak reliability and uptime, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and performance improvements.

Formación

5+ years hands-on experience servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
Technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a strong plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
English language proficiency for communication with clients and team.

Responsabilidades

Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
Play a key role in ensuring production uptime through preventive maintenance and quality improvements.
