Motus People is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to service and maintain advanced automation equipment on customer sites in the Netherlands. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing complex machinery while improving long-term reliability and uptime.

Relocation support and English-speaking communication are integral to success in this position. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site repairs, ensuring smooth operations and advising customers on performance

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience with servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
• Technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering is a strong plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns on-site.
• Play a key role in ensuring production uptime with preventive maintenance and quality improvements.
