Note : This role requires relocation to San Sebastian, Spain. VISA sponsorship will be provided by the client.

As a manager, you will:

• Lead an international team of engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions for industry challenges for top-tier clients.
• Define the technical direction of complex projects, designing solutions and ensuring quality.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Foster clear communication with stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Contribute to technical strategy and provide insights to clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, IT, or related domains.
• At least 1 year of project management experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, or computer vision, or mathematical optimization.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in relevant fields.
• Experience with quantum computing or Tensor Networks libraries.
