A technology service provider in Valencia is seeking an M365 Technical Support specialist to manage and implement M365 services. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of IT experience, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange and Teams. Key responsibilities include managing tenant configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing processes for improved customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Position: The purpose of the position is to provide M365 technical support within the Unite Digital Workplace Services Unit (DSDW), including supporting the team on the implementation and ongoing support of M365 services for UNICC and its clients.
Objectives of the Programme: The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.
Main duties and responsibilities: The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head, Unite Digital Workplace Services Unit (DSDW) within the Digital Solutions Centre Division (DS). The incumbent could be requested to do any other tasks of similar level in related fields. Under guidance, the duties include:
Experience and Skills required:
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 1 year in Cloud and M365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience as a global administrator for Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, MS Defender, Yammer.
- Experience migrating projects to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Skills in scripting, especially PowerShell and MS Graph.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Active Directory / Azure Identity.
Desirable:
- Exposure to ISMS (ISO 27001), ITIL, and other standards.
- Knowledge of SMTP Relay, Mail Gateway, Spam and Virus filtering.
- General architecture, deployment, and administration methodologies including systems configurations, networking, OS administration, visualization, monitoring, and security.
Education:
- Essential: Secondary school diploma.
- Desirable: Microsoft M365 Certification, other Microsoft Certifications, ITIL certification.
Languages:
- English: Expert level required.
