HBX Group seeks an M&A Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships and divestments. You will lead transactions end-to-end, coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy, and present insights to senior leadership and the Board.

With 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development, you will craft financial models, valuations and investment theses, while managing stakeholders across the organisation in a fast-paced, publicly listed

Formación

• 8–10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or related strategic finance environment.
• Proven track record leading complex M&A transactions from origination through completion.
• Experience developing financial models, valuations and investment recommendations.
• Experience working with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Origination & Strategic Development: identify opportunities and maintain a pipeline aligned to priorities.
• Transaction Leadership & Execution: lead end-to-end acquisitions and divestments from assessment through closing.
• Strategic Analysis & Board Support: prepare financial analyses and investment recommendations for senior leaders and the Board.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Strategy and external advisers.
