HBX Group in Spain seeks an M&A Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, investments and partnerships, leading end-to-end transactions.

You will coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy, prepare board materials, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

With 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development, you’ll deliver sophisticated financial models and strategic recommendations across borders.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or related strategic finance environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex M&A transactions from origination through completion.
• Proven track record developing financial models, valuations and investment recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Origination & Strategic Development: Support inorganic growth strategy, identify opportunities and maintain a pipeline.
• Transaction Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end acquisitions and divestments, manage due diligence and structuring.
• Strategic Analysis & Board Support: Develop financial analyses, prepare materials for Senior Management and Board.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Strategy and Commercial teams.
