HBX Group, a global travel technology leader, seeks an M&A Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments. You will originate opportunities, evaluate deals, negotiate terms, and execute complex transactions with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Investor Relations & Corporate Development function, partnering with Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy and operations to deliver value in a fast-paced, publicly listed environment.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Transaction Services or a related strategic finance environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex M&A transactions from origination through completion.
• Proven track record of developing financial models, valuations and investment recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Origination & Strategic Development: Identify opportunities, develop investment theses, maintain pipeline.
• Transaction Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end acquisitions, due diligence, structuring and closing.
• Strategic Analysis & Board Support: Prepare financial analyses and investment recommendations for executives and Board.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Strategy and external advisers; coach juniors.
