A European business services platform is seeking a Senior M&A Analyst to support M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A, corporate finance, or audit, along with strong analytical skills and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with internal leadership and external advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

We are working exclusively with a PE-backed business services platform that is pursuing an aggressive buy-and-build strategy across Europe. Backed by a leading private equity fund, the company is expanding rapidly through acquisitions, aiming to consolidate and professionalize a fragmented market.

As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its Corporate Development function with a Senior M&A Analyst . This is an outstanding opportunity for someone currently in a Big 4 Transactions Services team, corporate finance boutique, or already operating in-house within a fast-paced deal environment who is looking to gain direct exposure to end-to-end deal execution within a high-growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions from LOI to closing, coordinating both external advisors (legal, financial, tax, commercial DD) and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Review and synthesize due diligence findings across all workstreams (finance, legal, tax, ops, commercial) to assess risks and value drivers.
  • Draft investment committee materials, coordinate deal documentation, and manage transaction timetables.
  • Ensure post-deal handover and coordination with integration teams, supporting value capture and synergy execution.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Audit with strong exposure to deals. Experience in-house at a PE-backed company will de advantageous.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and commercial judgment skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines under pressure, with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with internal leadership and external advisors.
  • Full working proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe on an ad hoc basis.
