With an ambitious buy-and-build strategy across Europe, this company is actively expanding its footprint and transforming the industry it serves.

They are seeking a highly motivated Senior M&A Analyst to join their Corporate M&A team. Reporting to the Corporate M&A Manager, this is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is eager to deliver meaningful impact in the context of accelerated inorganic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leading the end-to-end M&A deal process from LOI to closing, managing advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely execution.
  2. Coordinating cross-functional teams—including commercial, finance, tax, legal, and operations—to drive efficient due diligence and integration planning.
  3. Reviewing due diligence outputs and transaction contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high-quality deliverables.
  4. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication, alignment, and effective execution of M&A transactions.
  5. Managing multiple M&A projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and supporting post-transaction integration handovers.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in audit, transaction services, or M&A execution; in-house corporate development experience is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Working proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as project needs dictate.
