Job summary
Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead end-to-end transportation coordination on large oil and gas projects.
You will act as the main interface between project teams, suppliers, clients and authorities, steering multimodal logistics, cost control and schedule alignment.

Qualifications
- Experience in oil & gas or energy industrial projects.
- Strong English and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of international multimodal logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transportation chain activities coordinating with project teams.
- Interface with construction sites, suppliers, clients, authorities, and 3PLs.
- Develop logistics strategies for timely, cost-effective material delivery.
- Manage onshore and offshore logistics ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate routes, ports, customs, and insurance requirements.
- Support procurement through cost estimation and tender prep.
- Supervise logistics teams and monitor KPIs and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement preventive actions to avoid delays.
- Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.
