Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a Project Director/Project Manager to lead major EPC LSTK Petrochemical/LNG or Power Projects. The role is based at the Madrid head office during the engineering phase but requires a long-term on-site assignment at remote locations in Asia and the Middle East.

You will act as the Contractor’s main representative and drive project execution across cost, schedule, quality, and HSE.

Formación

• 15+ years of professional experience in project execution.
• 5+ years in EPC LSTK Petrochemical/LNG or Power Projects.
• Experience working for EPC Main Contractors.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Contractor’s main representative and overall responsible for the project toward the Client and the Company.
• Lead and manage the project execution to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the primary contact with the Client, authorities, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate multicultural and multidisciplinary teams on office and Site.
• Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and schedule, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, and project reporting.
• Lead the technical and financial close-out of the project.

We are looking for a Project Director/Project Manager professional to lead part or full major EPC LSTK Petrochemical projects/LNG or Power Projects, based in our Head Office in Madrid (Engineering phase) but with a necesary long term assigment on Site. Time of assigment depends of the situation of each project under execution.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in project execution.
• Minimum 5 years in EPC LSTK Petrochemical/LNG or Power Projects.
• Experience working for EPC Main Contractors.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in site-based roles and big engineering teams.
• Availability for a long-term assignment at a remote sites (mainly Assia&Middle East)
