Senior LLM / Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview

In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge quantum and AI technologies to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of our language models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into our products.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to pioneering research, and shape the future of LLM and NLP technologies alongside our team in San Sebastian, Spain.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning models and industry experience.
• Research experience in the field of LLMs.
• Hands-on experience developing or building LLMs from scratch.
• Strong background and hands-on experience with various ML technologies, especially natural language processing and large language models.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, performance analysis, test design, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Fine Tuning, Pruning, and Optimization.
• Background in deep learning R&D.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerization technologies (Docker), and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
