Job summary

Scopely in Barcelona seeks a Senior Development Manager to drive LiveOps across our global studios. You will own the design and deployment of our LiveOps Quality OS, ensuring events and campaigns meet top QA standards and deliver outstanding player experiences.

You will partner with Game Teams, Engineers, and external partners to optimize release processes, mitigate risk, and improve stability and performance across titles.

Qualifications

• Proven LiveOps experience in mobile or cross‑platform live games.
• Strong ability to influence across matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Background in Release Engineering, PM or Technical Production.
• Experience with external partners and vendors.
• Ability to architect scalable, resilient live service workflows.
• Excellent communication for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of the global LiveOps Quality OS.
• Ensure events, campaigns and content updates meet QA standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, LiveOps, Prod, and vendors.
• Define release frameworks and reduce time‑to‑market.
• Monitor live releases with telemetry and incident response.
