Zusammenfassung

Munich Re Madrid Pricing team is seeking an Actuary to price Life & Health reinsurance across Southern Europe and Latin America. You’ll shape plans, support innovative solutions, and work with regional business development units.

You will provide technical actuarial support focused on Brazil, develop assumptions, and build models to reflect future insurance development while collaborating with local and regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in statistics, mathematics, or actuarial science, ideally fellow member of an international recognised Actuarial Association
• 5+ years of actuarial experience within life insurance pricing/reinsurance
• Strong coding skills (Python, R) and experience in experience studies/sensitivity analyses

Aufgaben

• Provide technical actuarial support to the region, with focus on Brazil
• Develop, update, and validate best-estimate assumptions via experience studies
• Build and maintain actuarial models reflecting technical dimensions of life re/insurer business
• Translate actuarial insight into reinsurance proposals with business partners
• Monitor and analyse existing and new business
• Provide expert inputs on risk assessment
• Collaborate across regions to share knowledge and strengthen international connections
