Seqera Labs invites an in-house lawyer to join our growing legal team. You will own day-to-day commercial contracting, draft and negotiate SaaS, NDAs, MSAs and DPAs, and support governance, privacy, employment and IP work across our global business.

You’ll work with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, IT & Compliance and People, helping the company scale while staying protected, with a home- and Barcelona-office option and access to a Head of Legal for mentorship.

Formación

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience.
• Ability to draft and negotiate SaaS agreements without close supervision.
• Willingness to broaden into privacy, employment, IP and corporate work.
• Experience supporting Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, IT & Compliance and People.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day commercial contracting and legal operations end to end.
• Support Head of Legal on corporate governance and board documentation.
• Assist with data privacy, employment, IP and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to speed up deal cycles.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on contract interpretation and risk.
• Ensure vendor/procurement contracts are reviewed as required.
