Impress, Europe’s No.1 chain of technology-enabled orthodontic clinics, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel expert in Corporate to join its in-house Legal Team in Spain. The role focuses on corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will have a law degree, 3+ years at a law firm, and experience in consulting or fast-growing in-house environments, with outstanding negotiation, research, and analytical skills.

• Draft SPAs, SHAs, term sheets.
• Manage cap table legal docs.
• Draft and negotiate key contracts.
• Maintain templates across jurisdictions.
• Provide cross-functional legal advice.
• Monitor healthcare, GDPR, consumer law.
• Guide labelling and marketing compliance.
• Prepare board minutes, resolutions.
• Coordinate claims and proceedings.
• Liaise with external law firms.
• Structure new-market legal entry.

We are looking for a Senior Legal Councel expert in Corporate to join our Impress Legal Team

The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer-facing companies within the healthcare or medical device sector, and a strong background in consumer law, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate law. This role combines hands-on legal work with cross-departmental collaboration, supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions and helping to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities include:

Corporate & Transactional

• Draft SPAs, SHAs, term sheets.
• Manage cap table legal docs.

Contracts & Commercial

• Draft and negotiate key contracts.
• Maintain templates across jurisdictions.

Cross-Functional Advice

Regulatory & Compliance

• Monitor healthcare, GDPR, consumer law.
• Guide labelling and marketing compliance.

Corporate Governance

• Prepare board minutes, resolutions.
• Coordinate claims and proceedings.
• Liaise with external law firms.

Expansion & New Markets

• Structure new-market legal entry.
