Cronoshare.Com is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its legal department in a fully remote capacity. You will advise on M&A, corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiations, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years post-qualification experience, a Bar admission in Spain or equivalent, and fluency in English and Spanish. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills are essential for leading

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to the Bar in Spain or a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Expertise in contract law, M&A, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Advise on corporate governance best practices and shareholder relations.
• Conduct legal due diligence for potential transactions.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters as needed.
• Develop and implement legal risk management strategies.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law.
• Support business development and operational teams with legal guidance.
