Job summary

Logista seeks a capable corporate lawyer to join the Legal Department in Madrid. You will advise on M&A, corporate, commercial and civil matters, and support governance for a listed company.

The role requires 2+ years in law firms or multinationals, fluency in Spanish and English, data protection awareness, and willingness to travel. You will supervise colleagues and help ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in law firms or multinational companies.
• Lawyer with experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law including reorganizations.
• Data protection expertise will be valued.
• Authorization to practice law in Spain.
• Fluent Spanish and English (C1).
• Willingness to travel.
• Solution-focused approach with well-developed perceptions and judgement.
• Multitasking and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Integrity.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate and legal advice to business units, focusing on M&A, corporate, commercial and civil matters.
• Support corporate governance activities for Logista and liaise with market regulators.
• Coordinate and supervise legal resources across locations to ensure coordinated legal strategy.
