JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, liabilities, indemnities, and the legal implications of breaches and unfulfillments. The candidate should demonstrate strong critical thinking, procedural strategy, and expertise in the burden of proof and procedural technique.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert legal advice on contract interpretation, liabilities, indemnities, and breach consequences.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and drafting settlements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Analyze and assess the legal impact of contract breaches and unfulfillments.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information and evidence for cases.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate case merits and develop procedural strategies.
• Manage and present the burden of proof in collaboration with external lawyers.
• Coordinate with external lawyers regarding contact, fees, costs, and legal strategy.

Skills

• Experience working in large organizations.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information.
• Accountability and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution in a large law firm.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing member of the Bar Association for at least 3-4 years.

• Experience coordinating with other departments, managing communications, and aligning strategies.
