JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, liabilities, indemnities, and the legal implications of breaches and unfulfillments. The role involves supporting the corporate legal area to ensure compliance with local requirements and liaising with Finance, HR, Tax, and Accounting teams on intragroup agreements, annual accounts, and financing agreements. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, liaising with directors and external advisers, coordinating external legal and secretarial services, and supporting corporate compliance and administration tasks.
Responsibilities :
Skills required include familiarity with large organization workflows, proficiency in legal research tools, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, excellent communication in English, and 3-4 years’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution in a large law firm.
Qualifications: Must be a practicing member of the Bar Association for at least 3-4 years.
