JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, liabilities, indemnities, and the legal implications of breaches and unfulfillments. Strong critical thinking, procedural strategy, and expertise in burden of proof and procedural technique are essential.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert legal advice on contract interpretation, liabilities, indemnities, and breach consequences.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and drafting settlements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Analyze and assess the legal impact of contract breaches and unfulfillments.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information and evidence for cases.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate case merits and develop procedural strategies.
• Manage and present the burden of proof effectively, collaborating with external lawyers.
• Liaise with external lawyers regarding contact, fees, costs, and legal strategy.

• Experience working in large organizations.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong synthesis skills to distill complex information.
• Accountability for terms and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in English at all levels.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution methods in large law firms.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing member of the Bar Association for at least 3-4 years.
• Understanding and addressing different legal situations according to each country's laws and regulations worldwide.
• Coordination with other departments to understand situations, assess risks, gather information and evidence, manage communications, and implement strategies.
