Formación

• 5-7 años de experiencia en L&D o un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia en diseño y entrega de formaciones tanto presenciales como virtuales.

YOUR MISSION

Join the dynamic People team as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist within our global L&D team. In this role, you'll innovate and implement learning solutions that support our leaders and employees, maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in the personal and professional growth within Glovo, ensuring our learning initiatives are impactful and aligned with our strategic goals.

THE JOURNEY

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Drive the achievement of OKRs, focusing on enhancing performance, personal growth, and career development across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end project management of learning initiatives, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses, design engaging content, develop training programs, and implement effective evaluation strategies for our leadership development programs.
• Assess training effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and articulate L&D priorities to senior leadership.
• Elevate the L&D proficiency of leaders and HRBPs, ensuring excellence in training delivery.
• Collaborate in shaping the global L&D strategy, optimizing the use of platforms like Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning for all employees.
• Define and implement global L&D administrative and communication strategies to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and HRBPs across various departments, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Engage in a culture of day-to-day learning, contributing to a supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 5-7 years of experience in L&D or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership development and training facilitation.
• Expertise in designing and delivering both face-to-face and virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT), along with online content creation.
• A strong foundation in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, adept at managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and a capacity to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Workday Learning, and e-learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning.
• Proficiency in content design tools, preferably Rise 360, and a passion for exploring the latest in learning technology and AI.
