The Sr. Learning and Development Specialist - Instructor is responsible for the education of our field commercial onboarding and sustainment journeys for their specialty. They will drive learning program strategy in partnership with cross-functional business and marketing colleagues to ensure up‑to‑date information is rapidly disseminated. They will also partner with the field to audit performance and optimize training experiences based on associate needs. This position reports to the Learning and Development Manager and is part of the Global Commercial Training Team within the Global Sales Enablement and Operations Group. This role is remote to cover global commercial training needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate trainings, deliver onboarding for new commercial associates, and ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences across regions and formats.
