We’re looking for a Lead Full-stack Engineer (Hands-on) to join our client's growing team and drive technical excellence across the product.

As a Lead Full-stack Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a small team of developers building scalable, reliable systems in a cloud-native environment;
• Designing and implementing robust APIs and backend systems using Python and AWS (Lambda, Glue, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch);
• Guiding the team in working with AWS Chalice and Serverless Framework for Lambda deployments;
• Managing and querying complex datasets using MariaDB on RDS and advanced SQL;
• Ensuring long-term scalability and performance by applying clean architecture and sound engineering practices;
• Participating in Agile SCRUM rituals (sprints, standups, planning) to ensure team alignment and velocity;
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release processes;
• Having 10+ years of overall software development experience;
• Managing full-stack teams in cloud environments for 5+ years;
• Possessing strong SQL skills and experience with MariaDB;
• Having a solid understanding of serverless architecture and deployment practices (Chalice, Serverless Framework);
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies;
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, Slack, and AI tools; experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.

Location: Remote (Andalusia, Spain)

Position: Full-time Contractor (40h/week)
