Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a senior leader to manage forecasting and commercial assessment of pipeline assets. You will partner with leadership to determine commercial value and guide portfolio strategy across internal and external opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop robust revenue projections, and deliver concise, executive presentations. This role emphasizes analytical excellence and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or commercial assessment.
• Experience with market access, pricing, and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-based forecasts for early to late-stage products in Sanofi’s pipeline.
• Collaborate with brand leadership, NPP, finance and BD to assess opportunities.
• Lead strategic portfolio reviews and scenario-based analyses for decision-making.
• Develop information and analytic toolbox to produce revenue projections for assets and opportunities.
• Contribute to TPP development and assess competitive landscape and pricing.
• Synthesize market research and competitive data into actionable insights.
• Produce executive-level, data-driven presentations.
• Collaborate with Hub on forecasting and insights projects.
• Advise on processes, deliverables, and BI tool usage.
