Planner 5D Job Opportunity: Senior / Lead DevOps Specialist

We are seeking a Senior / Lead DevOps Specialist to join our team, focusing on improving and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, purchase, and maintain infrastructure hardware and services (Hetzner, Amazon, Google Cloud, LeaderGPU).
2. Research and test new large-scale solutions (e.g., TiDB, Kafka, Hadoop).
3. Launch, maintain, and monitor:
4. Front-end, load balancing, mirrors, CDN, DNS (nginx, haproxy, powerdns).
5. Application servers (PHP).
6. Container orchestration (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
7. Monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Proteus, Loki).
8. Caching and queue servers (Redis, Hazelcast, RabbitMQ).
9. Operate across multiple data centers worldwide.
10. Manage internal services/servers (VPN, analytics, mailing).
11. Work with virtual and dedicated servers.
12. Program infrastructure solutions using Python; understand server/service code to troubleshoot issues.
13. Implement best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
14. Manage and mentor the infrastructure team, improve workflows, and participate in proactive infrastructure management.

Required Knowledge:

1. Strong programming skills, ideally with experience as a software engineer (Java, Python).
2. Expertise in Linux administration (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS), networking, and security.
3. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration/scaling.
4. Experience with on-premise infrastructure, server clusters, databases, caching, and networking.
5. Knowledge of databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka), load balancers, and production servers.
6. Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Kubernetes).
7. Competence in monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
8. Strong engineering mindset to bridge development and infrastructure needs, understanding new and legacy technologies.
9. Experience in mentoring, process improvement, and proactive infrastructure management; potential to grow into a Team Lead role.
