This role necessitates developing working relationships with clients, representing Kyndryl effectively, concluding sound contract negotiations, and performing efficient contract management. Effective communication and negotiation skills with all levels within Kyndryl, clients, suppliers, partners, and external representatives are essential. For international contracts, the role involves interfacing with teams in other countries to ensure agreements reflect Kyndryl's capabilities globally.
The position requires experience in contract negotiation and management, with leadership capabilities for face-to-face interactions with senior client executives (e.g., Head of Procurement), external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with the legal organization and partnership with transaction lawyers involved in negotiations and post-signing activities are also required. Each C&N Contract Professional supports multiple accounts, including Priority Accounts that need proactive, insightful support based on account team inputs.

Madrid, Spain. The C&N Contract Professional must work at Kyndryl’s Madrid office. During onboarding and training, work will be from the office four days a week, with remote work possible afterward based on agreement. In-person meetings with clients may be necessary, and occasional travel within or outside the country may be required.
